My name is Gregory and I’ve been passionate about video games since a young age. I was captivated by the digital worlds and vast possibilities that video games offered, and felt like I was part of an underground rebellion. As a teenager, I worked at an arcade and later at a local comic book and baseball card store, where I developed my customer service skills and learned about the importance of collectibles to customers.
In the early 2010s, I started selling old video games online and quickly grew my business into a full-fledged warehouse. I have always aimed to provide the best possible service to my customers and make the process of buying video games as easy and stress-free as possible.
With the advent of 3D printing technology, my focus has shifted from selling used video games to creating high-quality 3D-printed video game accessories to enhance your gaming experience. At Pyroflame Prints, we understand the importance of authenticity and genuine products, which is why we have a rigorous quality control process in place. As the business evolved, I turned my focus to the exciting world of 3D-Printed video game accessories. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Waycross, GA, with over 4000 square feet of space, have allowed us to bring the best products and customer service to our valued customers. The success of our transition is thanks to our skilled Operations Manager, Dustin, who has been a friend since we were kids and now plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at Pyroflame Prints.
As Pyroflame Prints started to gain recognition, we realized that we needed a dedicated team to help manage the growing demand for our 3D-printed video game accessories. From ensuring that each product is printed to the highest quality standards to ensuring that orders are processed and shipped on time, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. John serves as our Shipping & Service Manager and is always available to assist customers with their questions and concerns. Leah, our Customer Service Specialist, is a valuable member of the team and is taking on increasingly important responsibilities. Gregory is our main technical expert, who uses his skills to create the most innovative and eye-catching accessories for our customers. Our Shipping Department is also constantly expanding, as we strive to reach more and more customers around the world.
