All orders are processed and packed at our Pyroflame Prints’ warehouse and by our valued Pyroflame Prints’ certified team members. We take great pride and care with your orders and want nothing more, than for you to get your orders safely and on time and for you to be using our 3D-Printed accessories with your video games, consoles, controllers and more. We ship worldwide and all orders ship out within 5 business days.
Shipping Policies
If you’re not sure what service you would need to get the package in time, please email our team at PyroflamePrints@gmail.com. For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number of items in your cart. Standard shipping costs only $4.95 for the first item and just $0.96 each for any additional items. Any orders over $200 or shipping to apartments may require a signature upon delivery.
We understand you want the best quality product and you want it to arrive fast. All orders are created and shipped out in the order that they are received, with the exception of USPS Priority shipments. These are put at the top of the list to be shipped out first. Most orders are processed in 5 business days and everything is packaged and handled with care. Times in transit refer to business days. Please allow extra time during all major holidays that the Post Office will be closed. Please double check your address for accuracy. Any package returned to Pyroflame Prints for an insufficient address such as missing apt #, or Unable To Forward tag, will be charged additional shipping fees when the item reships. All orders subject to stock availability. All prices listed in US dollars.

Pyroflame Prints Warranty & Return Policy
All products purchased through PyroflamePrints.com are covered by our 30 day free warranty. If you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 30 days. Just contact us and we will help you resolve any issue. The Pyroflame Prints price guarantee policy allows you to request a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase date if you find a lower price on PyroflamePrints.com for an identical item. The price adjustment will be in the form of store credit to your Pyroflame Prints account.
